Keith Appleby has been fishing on the South Coast for over 30 years and is the owner- operator of Bermagui Charter Services. Keith has the most successful and longest running fishing charter business on the South Coast. Keith’s motto is “FILLET & RELEASE”.

The “Binjarra” and “Tarpin”are fully licensed to carry 20 people.

Deep sea fishing & reef fishing are very popular and the types of fish caught in the waters surrounding Bermagui and Montague Island are Snapper, Morwong, Kingfish, Flathead & Leatherjacket, to name but a few.

All fishing gear, rods, reels and bait are provided. Catching fish is always the menu of the day!

Whale watching is also a wonderful experience and one is bound to capture great photos of many different species of sea-life that abound the waters off Bermagui.

The “Tarpin” was featured in the movie “The Man who sued God”.

Technical dive charters are also available, and new wrecks have been located along the South Coast.

Keith and his wife Anne, also own and operate Dybara Park, 3 fully self contained cottages at Barragga Bay,  accommodation and tailored packages to suit all groups requirements  is readily available.
